Was able to plan my meals early this week.
Monday - Jambalaya (didn't get to fix this last week)
Tuesday - Roast in the crock pot
Wednesday - Ribeye Steak and Baked Potato (these were on sale and I needed to spend $50 to get $10 off so this was my filler. Yum Yum!!)
Thursday - Fried Catfish
Friday - BBQ Beef (left overs from roast above)
